Fenty Pro Scheme Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING TO THE FENTY PRO SCHEME AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THESE TERMS CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

1. INTRODUCTION 

These Terms and Conditions govern your application and participation in the Fenty Pro Scheme (the "Scheme"). By applying to and participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications to the Scheme must be submitted via the online application form. The application form can be found HERE. The Fenty Pro Scheme is only valid for those within the United Kingdom and is only available on the fentybeauty.co.uk website.

3. APPLICATION REVIEW 

Applications will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

4. APPLICATION STATUS

Applicants who are not approved for the Scheme will not receive individual notification of their denial.

5. APPROVED APPLICANTS

Approved applicants will be categorised into one of the following tiers: Student, Artist, or Hair Stylist. The tier assigned is at the sole discretion of Fenty Beauty.

Fenty Beauty reserves the right to request documentation to verify an applicant's eligibility for a specific tier. This documentation will be submitted upon acceptance into the Scheme, as per instructions provided in the acceptance notification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in termination of participation in the Scheme.

The tier assigned is at the sole discretion of Fenty Beauty and is based on the self-declared qualifications in the application form. Fenty Beauty reserves the right to adjust the tier based on submitted documentation and their decision regarding tier assignment is final.

6. DATA STORAGE

Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with Fenty Beauty's Privacy Policy, which can be found HERE. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. COMMUNICATION

Approved applicants who have not opted into marketing communications will be added to a static list within our CRM system. These individuals will only receive communications directly related to the Pro Scheme.

Approved applicants who have opted into marketing communications will be added to both a static list and our dynamic newsletter database. These individuals will receive communications related to the Pro Scheme as well as general marketing communications from Fenty Beauty UK.

8. OPTING OUT OF THE PRO SCHEME

To opt out of the Pro Scheme entirely and have your data deleted from our static list and removed from our stored list, please email fentyproartists@kendobrands.com with your request. Instructions on how to opt out will be included in the footer of all Pro Scheme-related emails.

9. OPTING OUT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

To opt out of receiving marketing communications, please click the "unsubscribe" link located in the footer of any marketing email you receive from us. Upon unsubscribing, you will be removed from all dynamic marketing lists.

10. STUDENT RE-APPLICATION

Students approved under the "Student" tier who have since graduated must re-apply to the Scheme via the online application form to be considered for the "Artist" or "Hair Stylist" tier discount.

11. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Fenty Beauty reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time, with or without notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by English Law. The courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions.

14. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Your use of the Fenty Beauty UK website, including but not limited to accessing the application form and any related information, is subject to the Fenty Beauty Terms of Use, which can be found HERE. By using the Fenty Beauty UK website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use.

15. RIGHT OF REFUSAL AND ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

Fenty Beauty reserves the right to refuse any application or terminate participation in the Scheme if:

• The applicant fails to provide legitimate and verifiable documentation upon request.
• The applicant provides false or misleading information in their application.
• The applicant violates these Terms and Conditions or the Fenty Beauty Terms of Use.
• Fenty Beauty determines, in its sole discretion, that the applicant's participation in the Scheme is detrimental to the brand or the Scheme.

Fenty Beauty may, at its sole discretion, impose additional conditions or requirements for participation in the Scheme, and will communicate these conditions to the applicant or participant as necessary. Continued participation in the Scheme following notification of additional conditions constitutes acceptance of those conditions.
